What is this platform?

We are a digital service platform that provides API-based access to NSDL services including PAN card processing and NSDL Payment Bank account opening. We act as a technology bridge connecting users to official NSDL systems.

How do I register?

Click on "Get Started" or "Register" button on our website. Fill in your basic details, complete KYC verification, choose a subscription plan, and you're ready to start using our services.

What documents are required for KYC?

You will need: 1) Aadhaar card (for identity verification), 2) PAN card (for PAN services), 3) Passport-sized photograph, 4) Business address proof (if applicable). All documents should be clear and valid.

How long does PAN card processing take?

PAN card processing time depends on NSDL's official system. Typically, e-PAN is generated within 24-48 hours after successful submission. Physical PAN card may take 15-30 days. You can track status using your acknowledgment number.

Service Balance & Payments

All our services use a prepaid balance system. You need to add funds to your service balance before using any service.

Is there any fee for balance top-up?

No! We believe in complete transparency. Adding service balance is completely free with 0% transaction fee. You only pay for the services you use.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, and all major payment gateways. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you.

Can I get a refund?

If a transaction fails due to technical issues on our end, the amount is automatically refunded to your service balance within 5-30 minutes (up to 24 hours in some cases). However, once a service is successfully processed, it is considered final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three plans: Basic, Silver, and Gold. Each plan has different service charges and support levels. All plans are one-time lifetime payments with no recurring fees. Choose the plan that best fits your business needs.
